Refunds & Returns Policy

At Finance Fusion, we aim to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Nature of Courses

All purchases made on our website relate to digital services and intellectual content delivery. As such, there is no physical product to be returned.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only permitted under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled course start time.

  • If the course is cancelled by Finance Fusion and no suitable rescheduling is available.

No refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the course start time.

3. Postponements

If you’re unable to attend a course you’ve booked:

  • You may reschedule once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Postponements are subject to availability of future course dates.

  • No rescheduling is possible after the course has begun.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, we will provide assistance or alternate access methods. Refunds are not granted for minor technical issues (e.g., temporary outages or platform learning curve).

5. Contact for Refund Queries

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@financefusion.com. Include your full name, order number, course name, and reason for the request.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing once approved.
