These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of any courses, services, or digital products through the Finance Fusion website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Terms
A sale is deemed complete and binding once payment is successfully processed and all registration steps have been completed.
All course descriptions, pricing, dates, and availability are displayed in good faith. However, Finance Fusion reserves the right to amend or update course details in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If a course becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
2. Order Process
Customers are expected to:
Select the course of interest and review the full course description.
Add the course to cart and proceed to checkout.
Make payment using available secure payment options.
Agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to completing checkout.
3. Payment
Payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
Payment confirms your seat in a course.
No order is final until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation & Changes
Course bookings may not be cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled session.
In the event of late cancellation, no refunds will be processed.
You may, however, request to postpone your booking to a future course date (subject to availability)
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a course (without prior postponement request) will result in forfeiture of your booking with no refund applicable.
6. Liability
Finance Fusion will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to course rescheduling, instructor changes, or technical disruptions. Every effort will be made to provide alternative solutions where applicable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
