Everyone needs to understand how the numbers work, otherwise how does the organization make a profit. For every action made, there is a financial impact to the bottom line (profit).

The standard Finance Fusion learning is conducted over 3 X 3 hour sessions. Customized 3 hour sessions are also highly recommended. Learning is conducted online via Teams, Google Meet or Zoom by an experienced finance professional with business experience. By special arrangement, we can facilitate face to face learning.

Our learning is gamified to “keep it real” and engaging, and the participants get to understand where the numbers come from, what they mean, and how to interact with them. They get to see the helicopter view of finance, and also how to make decisions in order to improve profitability.

We conduct pre and post assessments in order to quantify value add. We guarantee our learning, so if anyone is not satisfied that the learning has hit the “sweet spot”, they can attend one of our public workshops for free.

We collaborate with your Learning & Development, and non finance teams to determine the knowledge gaps and the required learning outcomes. We then use this information to customize our gamified learning to provide a practical and real learning experience. We are able to incorporate your standard finance transactions, reports, finance language, and financial processes into the customized learning modules.
